Aaqib Khan

Associate Attorney

​Aaqib is a first-generation attorney with an unwavering commitment to client advocacy and a passion for helping people achieve the results that they deserve.

 

Before joining Salcedo & Company, Aaqib earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Houston with a minor in psychology. Shortly after, he earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While in law school, Aaqib was a student-attorney at the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic, assisting asylum candidates seeking refuge from various types of persecution and danger around the world. Upon graduation, Aaqib worked at a civil litigation firm in Philadelphia specializing in insurance defense, medical malpractice, and prison-medical litigation cases.

 

At Salcedo & Company, his practice includes construction litigation, real estate law, commercial litigation, contract disputes, contract drafting, landlord-tenant disputes, trusts and estates litigation, probate, personal injury, divorce, child support and child custody, and administrative law.
